NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2342(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 136 and sub-section (1) of
section 138 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below in the office specified in column (3) of the said Table and confers upon them the jurisdiction of the areas specified in column (4) of the said Table, for sanctioning of prosecution and compounding of offences relating to Chapter XIII and the rules or schemes made or framed under the said Code, namely:-
