NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th December, 2019
S.O. 4418(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (9) of section 2 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Central Government hereby appoints Additional Deputy Commissioner, Union territory of Chandigarh as Collector, Chandigarh for purposes of Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
