S.O. 2488(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 111 of the Code on
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the Gazetted officers of the Central Government mentioned in column (3) of the table below to be the appellate authority for the purposes of the said Code in case of mines namely:–
