New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2509(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 111 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 Of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the officers to impose penalty for the purpose of the Code within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the Table below:
