Appointment of Additional Judges in Calcutta High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Indrajit Chatterjee,(ii) Shri Shib Sadhan Sadhu, (iii) Shri Sudip Ahluwalia,(iv) Shri Tapash Mookherjee, (v) Shri Ranjit Kumar Bag, (vi) Shri Ishan Chandra Das, to be Additional Judges of the Calcutta High Court, for a period of six months with effect from 31st December, 2015. However, in the case of Shri Shib Sadhan Sadhu, the Appointment is with effect from 31st December, 2015 till 09th April, 2016 i.e. date of his superannuation, and

Samapati Chatterjee, (ii) Shri Sahidullah Munshi, (iii) Shri Subrata Talukdar, (iv) Shri Tapabrata Chakraborty, (v) Shri Arindam Sinha, (vi) Shri Arijit Banerjee, and (vii) Shri Debangsu Basak, to be Additional Judges of the Calutta High Court, for a period of six months with effect from 30th January, 2016.
