CUT OFF TIME for RTGS and NEFT

FOR NEFT	• For weekdays, (i.e. Monday to Saturdays, except 2nd and 4th Saturdays) timings for making NEFT transactions are from 8.00 to 18.45 Hours
FOR RTGS	• For weekdays, (i.e. Monday to Saturdays, except 2nd and 4th Saturdays) timings for making RTGS transactions are from 8.00 to 16.15 Hours
• NEFT TRANSACTIONS AFTER PRESCRIBED CUT OFF TIME WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY. • BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE CUT OFF TIME AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

Field Description
Beneficiary Registration (One time registration for each beneficiary)	• Input NEFT/RTGS IFSC of the beneficiary Bank, if known. • If NEFT/RTGS IFSC of the beneficiary Bank is not known, the IFSC can be searched from the link available • Input the Beneficiary name, IFSC, and other beneficiary details as mentioned in the beneficiary registration screen. • Ensure correctness of all data provided especially while choosing the beneficiary bank/branch and input the correct beneficiary account type and beneficiary account number in order to avoid any return from the beneficiary Bank • The same registered beneficiary data can be used for making any future payment to the same beneficiary. • For registering a beneficiary for NEFT/RTGS, correct mobile no. and/or email id is essential. • Tracker id for the registered beneficiary will be sent on the registered mobile no. and/or email id for Beneficiary confirmation. • In case mobile no. and/or email id is not registered/incorrect, download the form from the link available and submit it to your branch where account is maintained.
PLEASE ENSURE TO PROVIDE CORRECT MOBILE NO. AND/OR EMAIL ID TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Beneficiary Confirmation:	• Register Beneficiary • Receive Tracker Id on registered mobile no. and/or email id • Click on Beneficiary Registration Confirmation link • Input the Tracker id (Tracker id is case sensitive) • Click on Submit button • Details of Beneficiary is displayed • Click on Approve button if Beneficiary details are correct • Click on Delete button if beneficiary details are incorrect and register again. • Upon Approval/Deletion, appropriate message will be displayed
SUCCESSFULLY APPROVED BENEFICIARY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MAKING PAYMENT.
List of Registered Beneficiaries	• List of registered beneficiaries and their details are displayed. • If the registered beneficiary is not required for future use, the same can be deleted. • In case already deleted beneficiary has to be registered again, the same can be done.
List of Unregistered Beneficiaries	• Beneficiaries which are pending for confirmation are displayed till same is approved. • Beneficiaries registered are to be approved within 1 day from date of registration, • Beneficiaries not approved within 1 day will not be available for confirmation and if the said beneficiary is required for making payment, it has to be re-registered.
Make a Payment	• User to choose registered beneficiary from dropdown. • Click on get details to get the details of beneficiary. • Input transaction amount. Please note that RTGS payment is allowed for transactions which are greater than Rs.200000/- . • Please ensure that sufficient balance is available in the debit account. • Select the debit account from the dropdown list. • Enter Payment Remarks. • Click on Pay button. If transaction is made for amount less than Rs.200000, then provide User ID and Transaction Password. This will be treated as NEFT transaction. If transaction amount is more than Rs.200000, system prompts to select RTGS or NEFT. • If RTGS is selected, input the additional address details of the beneficiary for the first time only. Whenever the same beneficiary is selected again the address details will be displayed and the user can make necessary corrections if any. If any corrections are made, click on update button and system will then prompt to enter User ID and Transaction Password. If no corrections are required click on continue button. • On the top bar the message will be shown in green for the successful transaction with the confirmation number. In case of failure appropriate reason will be displayed. • Cyber receipt screen will be shown wherein user can save, print or send mail (internal mailbox of Baroda Connect which can be viewed by clicking on Mails>Inbox) • Hot payments (Instant) only are allowed for NEFT & RTGS – transaction will be instantaneous between the cut off time. In case of any errors in posting the transactions through any particular account through internet other than insufficient balance, such transactions may be effected through the branch.
View Payments made (both NEFT and RTGS transactions	• User will be shown all the payments made and its status such as success, failed etc. • Cyber receipt also can be reprinted through mini statement/payments made for successful transactions
