ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX RULES, 2017 

NOTIFICATION G.O. Ms.NO. 141, DATED 29-3-2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (16 of 2017), the Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of sub-rules (ii) [other than clause (7)], (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii) of rule 2 of notification issued vide G.O.Ms No.138, Revenue (CT-II) Dept., Dated 27-03-2018 shall come into force.
