NOTIFICATION
The 30th June, 2017
No.S.O.14/P.A.5/2017/S.1/ 2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No.5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab,is pleased to appoint the 1st day of July, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 9, 11 to 21, 31 to 41, 42 except the proviso to sub-section (9) thereof 42,43 except the proviso to sub-section (9) thereof 43, 44 to 50, 53 to 138, 140 to 145, 147 to 163, 165 to 174 of the said Act, shall come into force.
