S.O. 2503(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 111 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table as appellate authority for the purpose of the Code within the local limits of their jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the Table below:
