New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2491(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 111 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the gazetted officer of the Government mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the appellate authority for the purpose of the said Code, in case of dock work, within the local limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the Table below:-
