New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2489(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 34 of the
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby
appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Chief Inspector Cum Facilitator for the
purpose of the said Code within the local limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the Table below:-
