NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st July, 2026
S.O. 3580(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) and sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of
sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) and without prejudice to S.O. 2061(E),
dated the 3rd May 2023, the Central Government hereby notifies eight and one-third per cent. of the wages for the time
being payable in relation to his employees as the rate of contribution which shall be payable every month by the
employer to the Pension Fund, established under the Code with effect from the commencement of Employees’ Pension
Scheme, 2026 i.e. 29th June, 2026.
