NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2356(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 122 of the Code on Social
Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government for the purposes of Chapter IV and other provisions of the Code relating thereto appoints the following officers as Inspector-cum-Facilitators who shall discharge their duties under this Code and exercise the powers conferred on them under sub-section (6) in accordance with the inspection scheme referred to in sub-section (2) of said section of the Code:
a. Social Security Officer;
b. Assistant Director;
c. Deputy Director;
d. Regional Director Grade ‘B’/Joint Director;
e. Regional Director Grade ‘A’/Director;
f. Additional Commissioner ;
g. Insurance Commissioner.
