NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026

S.O. 2445(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (68) of section 2 read with section 129
of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the following Table to be the Recovery Officers for the purposes of recovering the amount which is in arrear relating to Chapter V and Chapter VI of the said Code for the area of jurisdiction specified against them in column (3) of the said Table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 2 of the said Code, namely:-
