NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026
S.O. 2447(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Code on Social
Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 54 of the Social Security(Central) Rules, 2026, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Officers for the purposes of compounding offences relating to Chapter V and Chapter VI of the said Code for the area of jurisdiction specified against them in column (3) of the said Table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 2 of the said Code, namely:-
