NOTIFICATION
No. 1072-F.T., the 21st day of June, 2017.— In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 (West Ben. Ord. No. II of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the following classes of officers for carrying out the purposes of the Ordinance:
(a) Commissioner of State Tax,
(b) Special Commissioner of State Tax,
(c) Additional Commissioner of State Tax,
(d) Senior Joint Commissioner of State Tax,
(e) Joint Commissioner of State Tax,
(f) Deputy Commissioner of State Tax,
(g) State Tax Officer,
(h) Assistant State Tax officer.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd day of June, 2017.
