In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (5) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”, read with notification No. 02/2017 – Central Tax dated 19.06.2017, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby assigns the case specified at Column (2) of the Table below to the Central Tax officer
specified at Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose specified at Column (4) of the said Table.
