Forms MGT-15, FC-3, INC-4 , MGT-14 and Refund Form are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w. e. f 8th OCT 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
MGT-15 is for Form for filing Report on Annual General Meeting.
FC-3 is for Annual accounts along with the list of all principal places of business in India established by foreign company.
INC-4 is for One Person Company- Change in Member/Nominee
MGT-14 is for Filing of Resolutions and agreements to the Registrar
Refund Form is for Application for requesting refund of fees paid.
All these forms will be revised on 8th October. Therefore stakeholders are requested to work accordingly.
