Section 166 of Finance Act 2018

Amendment of section 6

166. In section 6 of the principal Act,—

(a)

in sub-section (1),—

(i)		in clause (ca), the words “the Reserve Bank,” shall be omitted;
(ii)		in clause (d), for the words “two directors”, the words “one director” shall be substituted;

(b)

in sub-section (2), for the words “in consultation with the Reserve Bank and directors”, the words ”the director” shall be substituted.
