Amendment of certain Acts
173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act (1), shall not to be held to prejudice or effect the general application of section 6 of the UP General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P Act no. 1 of 1904), (as applicable to The State of Uttarakhand) with regard to the effect of repeal.
