Amendment of certain Acts

173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act,-

(i)		in the Tripura Municipal Act, 1994 (7 of 1994), in section 192, in sub section (1), clause (b) shall be omitted;
(ii)		in the Tripura Municipal Act, 1994, in section 192, in sub section (1), clause (j), the expression “and goods” shall be omitted;
(iii)		in the Tripura Municipal Act, 1994, section 197 shall be omitted; and
(iv)		in the Tripura Municipal Act, 1994, in section 206, the expression “and goods” shall be omitted.
