New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2026
S.O. 4049(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of
Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat, the
Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section(ii) vide number S.O.372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, namely :-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 6 relating to the State of Gujarat, after the existing
entries in columns (3) and (4), the following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely :-
