NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2358(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Code on Social Security,
2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers specified in column (2) of the Table
below to exercise the powers and perform the functions relating to recovery of damages under the provisions
of Chapter IV of the said Code, subject to the jurisdiction specified in column (3) thereof, namely:—
2. The officers so authorised shall exercise such powers in accordance with the provisions of the Code
and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
