- Google Drive: “Organize My Files in Drive” is now generally available, allowing users to efficiently arrange their documents. Additionally, users can now scan multiple pages simultaneously with the Drive Document Scanner on Android, and Ask Gemini in Drive includes Gmail as a source.
- Google Meet: Google Meet features context-aware capabilities, such as the option to take screenshots during screen sharing for AI-generated meeting notes, and enhanced summary sections for action items.
- Workspace Studio: Users can now loop over a list of items within Workspace Studio flows, providing greater flexibility to automate everyday workflows.
- Data Protection: Admins now have enhanced data protection for managed third-party apps, allowing secure data transfers without blocking corporate accounts. New Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for non-Workspace attachments and Google Calendar are also rolling out. [6, 7]
