1. Account Opening & Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)
- Account Opening: NIL.
- Staff AMC: ₹150.00 per annum.
- General Public AMC: ₹300.00 per annum.
- Corporate / HUF AMC: ₹1,000.00 per annum.
- Basic Services Demat Account (BSDA): Capped as per standard SEBI guidelines based on holding value. [1, 2, 3]
2. Transaction & Trading Fees
- Purchase Transactions (Market/Off-Market): NIL. [1]
- Sale Transactions (Market/Off-Market): 0.03% of market value (Subject to a minimum of ₹20.00 per transaction). [1]

- Freeze / Unfreeze Instructions: ₹25.00 per instruction. [1]
3. Processing, Physical Documents & Pledge Fees
- Dematerialisation Processing: ₹3.00 per certificate plus a flat ₹35.00 per request (Actual postage costs apply). [1]
- Rematerialisation Processing: ₹15.00 per 100 securities or ₹15.00 per certificate, whichever is higher. [1]
- Pledge Creation / Closure: 0.03% of market value (Minimum ₹30.00 per transaction). [1]
- Pledge Invocation: 0.02% of market value (Minimum ₹30.00 per transaction). [1]
- Subsequent DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) Issue: ₹45.00 per book. [1]
- KYC KRA Charges: ₹30.00 for upload and ₹35.00 for download. [1]
4. Important Billing Notes
- Upfront Collection: Annual maintenance charges are non-refundable and debited upfront at the beginning of the financial cycle.
- Account Freezes for Dues: If fees cannot be recovered due to an insufficient balance in your linked Central Bank of India savings account, depository services will be temporarily disabled. A ₹200.00 fee applies to reactivate the account.
- Taxation: All government statutory levies, GST (18%), and cess are charged additionally on top of these base fees. [1, 2]
