I getting Intimation order U/s. 143(1), And Return is processed. Now, when I go to Rectification of return for the A.Y. 2020-2021 then I faced error like this:

” Error : Something seems to have gone wrong while processing your request. Please try again. If error persists quote error number ITD-EXEC2002 when you contact customer care for quick resolution.”

Solution : As per Income tax heldpdesk , this error is coming because option to rectify ITR is not enabled for AY 2020-21, Wait for update on new income tax portal
