GSTR 3B Offset Error
Following is the error while offsetting GSTR 3B liability for the month of February 2019
” offset the CGST credit against the CGST liability first before cross-utilization.If error persists quote error number LG9069 when you contact customer care for quick resolution.”

Resolution Remark :
Problem Reported: Concern regarding the new offset functionality in GSTR-3B OR Facing an issue in offsetting the liabilities of GSTR3B – LG9069 (as per error code).
Resolution: This is in reference to your concern regarding new offset functionality in GSTR-3B. We would like to inform you that currently new offset functionality is not available on GST Portal. You may use the current (Old) offset rules as of now to file the GSTR-3B.
