New Delhi, the 22nd May, 2026
S.O. 2620(E).—– In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (2) of Section 1 of The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026 (No. 3 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th day of May, 2026 as the date on which the provision of the said Act shall come into force.
