Complete CA Exam Registration Process Flow
Overview of complete exam process flow
Step – 1(a): Register or Login
In the menu click on “Login/Register”. If you are a registered user, enter your login details and click on “Login”. If you are a new user, click on “Register Now!” button in the popup.
Step – 1(b): Student Details
Enter your registration details, email id and mobile number and click on Register to complete your first step of registration!
Step – 1(c): Provisional Candidates
If your registration details do not match with our records, you will be offered to register as provisional candidate. For details refer Online Registration FAQ.
Step – 1(d): Basic Registration Completion
On completion of step 1 of registration, an email and SMS with registration details & verification code will be sent to the candidate. Refer to the “Important” section in the screen for details. Click on “Complete Your Profile” to proceed.
Step – 2(a): Complete Candidate Profile
Complete the form with candidate details. Click on “Save Details” to save the form.
Step – 2(b): Profile Completion
On completion of step 2 of registration, your registration process is complete. You can now apply for exams. Refer to the “Important” section in the screen for details. Click on “Goto Dashboard” to proceed.
Candidate Dashboard
Displays your photo & signature (if available with ICAI) and profile details. Verify your email and mobile no to get the links to apply for exams! You can edit your profile by clicking .
Step – 1: Start Applying for Exam
Click on “Apply Now” to apply for the exam. Note that once you clicked on “Apply Now” no changes made to your profile will reflect in your application form!
Step 2: Fill up the form
Make sure all the necessary details are accurately provided. Click on “Save & Preview” to proceed.
Step 3 – Preview
Verify all your details. Click on “Back to Form” to make corrections.
Step 4: Make Payment
Until the payment is completed and application PDF is generated, your application is not complete. Click on “Make Payment” to initiate payment. In case, if the payment is not complete, you can click on “Pay” in dashboard to retry.
Step 5 – Payment Success & PDF
Once your payment is successful, you will be notified with the details of the payment. You can download your application PDF by clicking “Download PDF”. If your payment was deducted from bank, but the success message is not provided in ICAI site, your payment is not successful.
