ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th July, 2026
S.O. 3872(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Recovery
of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) and in continuation of the notification S.O. 1058(E) dated
05.03.2024, the Central Government hereby authorises the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate
Tribunal, Delhi for deciding the appeals in the matter of Punjab National Bank vs M/s Sundar Nagar
Integrated Rural Development Association (SIRDA), (Appeal No. 50 of 2021 arising out of O.A. No. 30/2020
(DRT-I, Chandigarh) and its connected proceedings) and Punjab National Bank vs M/s Rishi Boys Hostel &
Ors. (Appeal No. 51 of 2021 arising out of O.A. No. 26 of 2020 (DRT-I, Chandigarh) and its connected
proceedings).
