- Personal Use Only: Accounts must strictly route personal, non-business, and non-commercial transactions.

- Fee Collection: The bank can automatically debit the account to collect revised service charges and fees listed on the CSB Service Charges Webpage.
- Incomplete KYC Charges: If the account is closed or not activated due to a failure to submit KYC documents, a processing fee and tax will be deducted from the initial funding.
Identity & Communication Declarations
- Funding Origin: Initial funding must come from the applicant’s own or a close relative’s bank account, not a third party.
- Verification Consent: Applicants authorize the bank to fetch PAN details from NSDL and Aadhaar data from the UIDAI portal, including biometric verification.
- Mailing Address Risks: If a positive confirmation letter sent to the declared correspondence address is returned undelivered, all account operations will be stopped without notice.
- Shared Mobile/Email: Explicit declarations are required if the registered mobile number or email ID belongs to a relative rather than the applicant.
Minor & Maturity Account Rules
- Minor Verification: The bank is authorized to fetch and validate a minor’s PAN and UIDAI Aadhaar data.
- Attaining Majority: Once a minor turns 18, the account is immediately debit-frozen. Operations only resume after they submit fresh KYC documents and new operating instructions.
