New Delhi, the 31st August, 2026
S.O. 4850(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the National Commission for Minority
Educational Institutions Act, 2004 (2 of 2005), the Government of India hereby re-nominates Prof. (Dr.) Shahid
Akhter as Member of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, for a period of one year or till
further orders, whichever is earlier. The period of one year will be from the date of assumption of charge.
